The 2026 International women’s Day Celebration saw a special seminar organized at various entities across the Group, bringing women together to draw strength and inspiration from one another.

The session was held across the Mohinani office in Nigeria and the Manufacturing Division in Ghana, culminating at the Head Office with a guest speaker who delivered an insightful session on how women can achieve a more fulfilling life by being mindful of its ten key dimensions. In Nigeria, facilitators from Stanbic IBTC also delivered valuable sessions on financial literacy, investment planning, and wealth management for the women’s caucus.

The gathering also featured colleagues who courageously shared their personal journeys and inspirational stories, demonstrating the power of resilience, growth, and community.
